- Information you choose to share during an audit call, such as rough call volumes, quote timings, or admin workload.
How we use it
- To schedule and run your audit call.
- To prepare and send your 1-page audit report.
- To improve the service and understand which common leaks are most relevant to UK HVAC firms.
- To reply if you contact us directly.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not add you to a mailing list just because you downloaded a worksheet or booked a call.
- We do not promise anonymous case-study use without asking first.
Third-party services
RevenueAnatomy may use third-party tools to operate the website and booking flow, such as a static hosting provider, email provider, and Calendly for appointment scheduling. Those providers may process your information on our behalf as part of delivering the service.
Retention
We keep audit and booking information only as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver the audit, follow up on your request, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
